Introduction
Steven Cournoyer and his company, From Debt to Power, respect each individual’s right to personal privacy.  We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement.  This statement applies solely to information collected at From Debt to Power

Part I.  Information Collection
From Debt to Power collects information through our Web site at several points.  We collect the following information about primary visitors: Name, email address, [for product orders we also collect] shipping address, phone number for delivery assistance, credit card number.

We may also collect name and shipping information which our users divulge about other people, for drop-ship or gift purchases. Content and Design, Inc. does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We verify the accuracy of this information by repeating it during the order process.

We collect this information through subscription offers to our free information products and through purchases of our priced information products and services.  The information is collected voluntarily.   To receive our products and services, name and email address is necessary to deliver free subscription products; and for paid products name, address, phone, and payment information is mandatory because to receive payment for and deliver the products.  Other information we request is optional.  

We do not employ cookies.

Part II.  Information Usage.
The information collected by From Debt to Power will be used for delivering free information products and to inform subscribers and customers of special offers by From Debt to Power. 

Registered subscribers will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.  We  will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources [such as credit history to authorize purchases].

We may share data with the following third parties: [list management service, shipping companies, credit card companies].  These third parties will use the information as follows: to service From Debt to Power’s ability to deliver products and services to Users who have requested them.

We offer links to other Web sites.  Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies.  Their standards may differ from ours.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by email.

Part III.  Access to Information
From Debt to Power maintains the accuracy of our information by feedback from Users and by updating information when a new order is placed.  Users may delete their information from our database by sending an email debttopower@comcast.net or by following the UNSUBSCRIBE procedure at the bottom of each newsletter or promotional email communication.

Part IV. Problem Resolution
If problems arise, users may contact From Debt to Power. by emailing debttopower.com. We are committed to resolving disputes.

Part V. Data Storage and Security
From Debt to Power protects user information with the following security measures: secure servers, firewalls, SSL encryption and other technology and procedures used to protect consumer privacy.
